I just signed up — when will I receive my first box?

The Patsy Box is delivered once a quarter. When you sign up will depend on when you receive your first box. Each box begins shipment:

  • 1st Quarter- shipping begins mid-April
  • 2nd Quarter- shipping begins early June
  • 3rd Quarter- shipping begins early September
  • 4th Quarter- shipping begins early December (Christmas Box)

The Patsy Box ships during its quarterly release month through the 15th of the following month. After the 15th, you will be receiving the next quarterly box.

For example, if you order your box on May 14th, you will be receiving the April, or Quarter 1 box. However, if you order your box on the 16th of May, you will receive the June or 2nd Quarter box. However, previous quarterly boxes are available at shop.faithbox.com while supplies last.

What will I receive in my first box?

It’s a surprise!

Watch for a video from Patsy where she will reveal a couple of the items from the box, but we keep most of the box secret until it arrives! We find that people enjoy the experience much more when they open their “gift to themselves” when the box arrives.

With that said, you’ll generally find about seven items that have caught Patsy’s eye, including books, jewelry and accessories, inspirational items, music, delicious things to eat and drink, and many more. Each box item is handpicked and curated by Patsy – chosen with care to match her special style. Some items will be created by Patsy and only available exclusively through Faithbox.

When will I receive my next box?

Boxes are shipped depending on the Quarter. You will receive an email with tracking information when your box has been shipped to make sure it gets to you safely.

We send out tracking information when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance beyond the carrier’s standard insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges.

How is my box shipped?

We ship all of our Patsy boxes through USPS in conjunction with a 3rd party shipper; we do not offer expedited shipping. Although we offer tracking information when your box is shipped, we do not offer insurance beyond USPS standard insurance. 

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges may apply. 

When will I be charged again?

Renewal payments are charged on the 1st of the month preceding shipment. If you have a Quarterly subscription your card will be charged each quarter. If you have a discounted 12 month pre-paid subscription it will be renewed for another 12 months on the same cycle as the quarterly subscriptions.

How do I change my address?

Just send us a message from the form on the bottom right-hand side of your screen, and we’ll make the update for you. Please remember to provide your full address, and let us know when the change should be made effective!

How do I change my billing method?

Send us a message from the form on the bottom right-hand side of your screen with a good time to call you and a good phone number, and we’ll reach out personally to make the change in a secure way.

Can I skip a quarter but keep my subscription?

Absolutely! Just send us a message from the form on the bottom right-hand side of your screen and let us know BEFORE your subscription renews, and we’ll set you up to skip.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Well…we’ll be really sad to see you go! If you just need a break, send us a message from the form on the bottom right-hand side of your screen and let us know you’d like to skip a quarter and we’ll take care of it for you. However, if you really do need to cancel the subscription entirely you can email us at that same address and we’ll make the change for you, no hard feelings!

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed or auto-renewals have processed. If you cancel a subscription your card will not be charged again and you will continue to receive boxes until your prepaid subscription expires.

I have a product I know Patsy would love! How do I tell her about it?

She’d love to hear about it! Send us a message from the form on the bottom right-hand side of your screen and we’ll make sure she gets to take a look. Be forewarned, though — she’s pretty careful about what gets in that box!
